FAQ's

Gateway is a new church for me. How do I meet people?
If you are visiting for the first time, Gateway can be overwhelming. The best way to get connected to others is to attend a Sunday Morning Community Group. We offer exciting communities for all ages at 10:45. The best way to find your place is to arrive early and go to the welcome center located in the main lobby. Someone there will help you find your way around.

What should I wear?

Most people dress "casual." We want you to be comfortable while respecting church as a place that your will encounter God! On a given Sunday, you will see people in shorts and t-shirts, while others in business casual.

How do I become a member of the church?

There are three requirements for membership at Gateway. First, you need to have accepted Christ as your Savior. Second, you need to have been baptized by immersion following your decision to accept Christ. Last, you need to complete Gateway’s Membership Class. We have many avenues in which you can start the membership process.  You can attend our monthly starting point class, or come forward during the invitation time at the end of a worship service, or by simply emailing us this week.

May I attend a Sunday Morning Community Group without being a church member?
Yes. Many people are. Sunday Morning Community Groups are an excellent way to connect with others in the church and learn more about our church while you study God’s word.
